About Us

Our history

Starting in 1992, I, Miguel Herrera, began working as a laborer for a well known construction company in the city of Santa Barbara, California. Throughout the years, I learned and gained skills in: drainage systems, concrete work, waterproofing, rough and finish carpentry,and gaining knowledge in basic electrical and plumbing. After more than 17 years passed working for that and a couple of other companies, in 2005 I started working on my own projects working directly with clients. Since then, I have been helping home owners with all kinds of projects, from small repairs to remodels and as well as new additions.

Current Projects

Interior Doors Replacement

Exterior Light Post Replacement

In this project we replaced five hollow core interior doors that were just too old and damaged, we then replaced them with five new solid core doors that will be able to last much longer.

Exterior Light Post Replacement

In this project we replaced an old boring 3" light post with a more modern one that includes a LAD light fixture and we also added some brick work around it giving it some character.

Back Splash Tile Work

Back Splash Tile Work

On this project we changed the look of the existing kitchen by adding a backsplash to the counter top area using 2"x4" ceramic tile in a subway pattern with some 4'x4" fruit tiles inserts.
